Silverlight 2 Runtime Update

In case you haven't heard there is a GDR update for the Silverlight 2 runtime. The big question is what the changes are.  Luckily Adam Kinney twittered the download history which is interesting.  Take a look:

The ../silverlight/resources/install.aspx URL above works for consumers; but will display a "Unable to install Silverlight: Your Silverlight developer components are out of date." message if Silverlight Developer Tools are installed.

Silverlight 2 Developers requires the latest SL2 Developers installer. Found here:
