It’s been a busy week. Today I got to spend the day in Glasgow and see the city a bit. In the evening I got to talk to a great group of developers about Angular.js. They were mostly open to the ideas about building interactive pages with Angular.js.

I haven’t done this talk in a while so I had a couple of hiccups. But with the crowd’s help we got through the demo. I fixed a couple of snags that didn’t work during the talk and you’ll find the full demo below:

Here are the promised resources from the talk:

Thanks for making me so welcome and thank again to SkyScanner for hosting!

Hi Shawn, why you not use only angular mvc

Why you use a layout.cshtml ?

is best?best security ? performance?

An excellent talk, Shawn. The (very) minor hiccups did not detract from the talk but, rather, made it more like real development.

Also, I'd like to thank SkyScanner for their incredible hospitality to the attendees. You made a manager of Dominoes Pizza very happy!

What do you mean by Angular MVC? Can you provide a link?

I use a layout because I'm not only creating one giant monolithic page. I don't believe in SPA.

Hi Shawn.

for example :

you have a login/template/ other pages without use _layout, without render server, only client

why you don't believe in spa ?
