I am not the first one to run into this problem, but I thought’d I’d list it anyway.  After uninstalling Active XSLT (From ActiveState), I was getting the “Cannot find assembly EnvDTE” error.  To fix it, I installed the EnvDTE.dll from the Framework directory into the GAC.
