Creating Rich Playlists

I’ve just uploaded a new tool that I am using now to create remote playlists to listen to my music wherever I am.  It can be used to create playlists that are streamed over Windows Media Services or just for a local playlist.  It automatically creates a playlist for a particular directory, optionally for every directory under the one you specify.  For now it only works with MP3’s (I am parsing the ID3 tags), but later maybe i’ll do WMA if someone out there likes the tool.
